“Fortune Favors the Bold” McCallum Wray is a dynamic management consulting firm founded by two United States Naval Academy graduates, Napoleon McCallum and Mike Wray. McCallum Wray’s mission is to bring their knowledge, experience, contacts and leadership to each of their client’s projects, project sectors include IT and event management services. McCallum Wray is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).

Napoleon McCallum and Mike Wray are classmates and graduated from the US Naval Academy class of 1985.
The logo's top part is borrowed from our '85 class crest, with the American eagle above the crossed Navy sword and Marine Mameluke, which now sits on our initials above a football helmet. Colors Navy Blue and Gold.
