Mike Wray

Mike Wray is a versatile executive management professional.  He possesses over thirty years of diverse work experience in leading programs, managing budgets and assets, and improving quality and processes.  Mike is a Veteran of the United States Navy as a Naval Aviator flying P-3 Orion’s. After leaving the Navy, he managed a robust business development program for a Irvine based defense contractor.

Mike has worked closely with various Small Business Development Centers and Procurement Technical Assistance Centers across Southern California.  He provides expert guidance and advice in the area of Government & Corporate contracting and devotes countless hours towards helping other veteran entrepreneurs.  Mike has developed and presented several business seminars and events ranging from “Government Contracting 101” to “Responding to an RFP”.

Mike has provided executive business leadership and entrepreneurial mentoring to small businesses emerging in the marketplace for more than 25 years.  Mike participates with a number of Government Associations that expand diversity in the Government contracting community with 8a, Native American, SDVSOB, WOB and HUBZone companies. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for the US Veteran Business Allaince.

Mike has earned a BS in Management from the United States Naval Academy in 1985 and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine in 2012.
